Paper Muses Retreat Cancellation Policy

Guests must put down a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve their spot. Retreat accomodations are fully transferable. If a guest cannot come, they may sell their spot to someone else but must notify us of the change as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks prior to the retreat. Guests may cancel up to 60 days prior and receive a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit) or transfer 75% of their payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit) to the next retreat. Anyone canceling within 60 days of the retreat forfeits their payment. No refunds will be given for "no shows" or for incliment weather.

We have to have a minimum of 17 guests to make the retreat possible. Fewer than 17 guests will cause us to have to cancel the retreat. If we have to cancel the retreat due to insuffient guest numbers we will issue full refunds for the amount already paid, or we can transfer the amount already paid toward the next retreat.
